If you want to use Heymore but already have an account on an exchange, please follow this guide.

Tapbit - Duplicate KYC is available

Pionex - Duplicate KYC is available

BingX - KYC can be deleted from the BingX customer center and app menu

Bitmart - Duplicate KYC is available

NovaEx - Duplicate KYC is available

MEXC - KYC can be deleted from the MEXC customer center and app menu

If you already have KYC verification on another account (including any exchange), contact the exchange's customer support to request KYC removal for your existing account. Once KYC removal is successful, sign up for a new exchange on Heymore and complete KYC verification on the newly created exchange account (the Heymore partnership code must be entered). After that, link the exchange.

Once the exchange link is complete, all fees incurred since the linking will be automatically calculated and refunded. (See below for detailed rates.)
